INNOVATION
Content: open a call for proposals called European Media Hubs with a total budget of €7.4 million to support independent and pluralistic journalism on European affairs at the
continental level. The goal is to offer all citizens pluralistic information, based on independent sources and with high journalistic standards, transcending narratives often
limited to a national perspective. Between two and four projects lasting approximately twenty-four months will be co-financed. A maximum co-financing of 95 percent is available.
Consortia must include at least five organizations from five different countries, including European Union Member States, candidate states, or potential candidate states.
Support will cover the joint curation, production, and dissemination of European journalistic content, designed for specific audiences. This initiative aims to bridge the
information gap and promote greater mutual understanding among European citizens, thus strengthening pluralism and the independence of information on EU issues.
