Content: A European call for proposals with a total budget of one million euros is open until June 25th. The call is aimed at communities experimenting with new ways of 
organizing and managing their collective energy future. All recognized forms of energy communities (according to the European Union's definitions of "Renewable Energy 
Communities" or "Citizen Energy Communities"), with up to 10,000 members at the call opening date, are eligible to apply. These communities operate as legal entities 
such as associations, cooperatives, partnerships, SMEs, non-profit organizations, or limited liability companies. A call for proposals is also open for the ODEON project, 
a European initiative aimed at supporting the development of innovative services and applications for the digital energy transition. The Odeon Open Call is part of the 
project of the same name, funded by the European Commission through the Horizon Europe program.The initiative is aimed at SMEs, startups, and other legal entities, 
with the aim of developing solutions based on data, artificial intelligence, and cloud-edge technologies, using the Odeon platform for energy data sharing and orchestration. 
The call has a total budget of €1.2 million and will select up to twenty projects, each funded with a non-repayable grant of up to €60,000. Selected beneficiaries 
will participate in a ten-month support and mentoring program, divided into three phases: design, service development, and end-user validation. Applications must be
 submitted by July 9, 2026.
